We are THE PRAIRIE

We are THE PRAIRIE.

Together we can all help make a difference in our Morgan Park community.


This is home, where we meet with friends & neighbors and welcome new people, reconnect with nature and enjoy the fresh outdoors, watch children play sports, exercise, spend family time, walk our pets, enjoy annual jazz concert sponsored by our 19th ward alderman, Ald. Matt O’Shea.  


We also participate in park clean-up events for Earth Day, Arbor Day, It’s Your Park Day, post July 4th held by our PAC members and community volunteers in coordination with the Chicago Park District, our fiscal partner, the Chicago Parks Foundation, our largest community organization for over 75 years, Beverly Area Planning Association (BAPA), and Openlands TreeKeepers to help keep our trees trimmed, properly mulched, park clean and pristine. Thank you all!
